I joined Sarah's yoga class after experiencing a real tough time dealing with grief, I needed a focus to help me to release alot of tense energy within me. I joined by myself, which can be scary, but Sarah has been so welcoming I now go every week. As well as mentally it also really grounds me as I'm a spiritual medium so my energy can drain! But yoga really made a difference for me and I feel the benefits especially with releasing the tension I hold that causes me pain, and of course the hour me time is bliss!
